Job overview
DP World is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor in Dubai to run daily warehouse operations. You will plan shifts, supervise receiving, storage and dispatch, keep inventory accurate and make sure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch activity
- Plan shift coverage and allocate work across the warehouse team
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks
- Ensure correct handling, storage and labelling of all goods
- Enforce health, safety and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate with transport and customer service on delivery schedules
- Monitor equipment usage and arrange maintenance where needed
- Report daily operational KPIs to the warehouse manager
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 in a supervisory role
- Working knowledge of WMS or ERP inventory systems
- Understanding of UAE health and safety requirements
- Ability to lead a diverse team across shifts
- Good English communication and basic reporting skills
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
