1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values a website can store through a browser. Similar technologies such as local storage can retain identifiers or preferences on a device without using a traditional cookie. HireDXB uses both types where they support account sessions, selected-company preferences, interface state and first-party public-site analytics.

3. Essential authentication and security
HireDXB’s authentication service stores session information in browser local storage so users can remain signed in, refresh secure sessions and access the correct candidate, employer or staff area. Blocking or deleting this storage can sign you out and may prevent account-only features, file access and role-based controls from working correctly. Security and hosting systems may also use short-lived request information necessary to deliver and protect the service.
4. Preference and functionality storage
Employer and representative portals remember the last selected company in local storage. This is only a convenience: HireDXB checks the signed-in user’s current permissions before showing company information. Removing these items does not remove platform records, but resets the relevant preference.
5. First-party analytics
HireDXB uses local-storage identifiers to measure unique visitors, visits and page views on public pages. It also records page path, title, timestamp, referrer, detected traffic source and country or country code when reliably available. A new session begins after 30 minutes without activity. These identifiers are randomly generated and the analytics record does not store raw IP addresses. Candidate, employer, representative and administrator portal paths are excluded. HireDXB does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.
6. Live chat and third-party technologies
The signed-in support chat uses the account identity, HireDXB’s database and real-time service. It does not create a separate chat cookie or local-storage identifier. Messages are retained as platform support records rather than browser history.
HireDXB loads web fonts from Google Fonts. The browser therefore connects to Google’s font servers, which may receive ordinary request information under Google’s own privacy terms. HireDXB also relies on managed cloud infrastructure for authentication, database, file storage and real-time updates. No advertising-cookie provider is currently integrated.
7. Your controls
Browser settings can show, block or delete cookies and site data. You can also clear local storage for HireDXB. Instructions differ by browser and device. Blocking essential storage may stop sign-in, session continuity, selected-company preferences and parts of the account portals from working. Clearing analytics storage causes the browser to receive new anonymous identifiers on a later public visit.

8. Changes and contact
