Travel Saga Tourism is hiring a Travel Consultant in Deira City Centre to advise customers on holidays, tours and corporate travel. You will build itineraries, issue bookings and look after customers from first enquiry through to their return.
Responsibilities
- Advise walk-in, phone and online customers on travel options
- Build itineraries and quote packages, flights and hotels
- Issue, amend and reissue bookings on the reservation system
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
- Handle visa, insurance and documentation requirements
- Resolve changes, cancellations and travel disruptions
- Maintain supplier relationships and product knowledge
- Follow up on enquiries and build repeat business
Requirements
- 2+ years in travel sales, tours or airline reservations
- Experience with a GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
- Strong destination knowledge and selling skills
- Excellent English communication; additional languages an advantage
- Comfortable working weekends and shifts
