Job overview
OSN is building out its outbound sales desk in Dubai Media City and needs Telesales Agents who are comfortable on the phone and motivated by targets. You will work from provided leads and campaign lists, explain the offering clearly and convert interest into confirmed sales, with commission on top of a fixed salary.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists
- Explain products, pricing and benefits clearly over the phone
- Handle objections professionally and convert interest into sales
- Achieve daily call volume and monthly sales targets
- Record every call outcome accurately in the system
- Follow up on warm leads and callback requests on time
- Escalate complex enquiries to senior sales staff
- Maintain a high standard of customer courtesy at all times
Requirements
- 1+ year of telesales, call centre or direct sales experience
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Comfortable working to daily and monthly targets
- Good listening skills and resilience to rejection
- Basic computer and data entry ability
- Available for rotating shifts where required
