Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop floor operations for your section
- Ensure planogram compliance, pricing accuracy and stock availability
- Lead, roster and train a team of sales assistants
- Manage stock counts and reduce shrinkage and wastage
- Resolve customer complaints on the floor
Requirements
- High school certificate or above
- Minimum 3 years in supermarket or hypermarket retail, including team leadership
- Good numeracy and stock control discipline
- Comfortable working a six-day roster with shifts
