You will guide walk-in and appointment customers through the range, arrange test drives and demonstrations, structure finance and insurance options and close the sale while delivering the brand experience customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Welcome showroom visitors and qualify their requirements
- Present models, specifications, options and pricing clearly
- Arrange and conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations and explain finance, insurance and trade-in options
- Follow up consistently on leads, enquiries and previous customers
- Achieve monthly unit and profitability targets
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle display standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of showroom, automotive or high-value retail sales experience
- Strong closing and follow-up discipline
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working to monthly targets in a commission environment
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
