Landmark Group is hiring Retail Sales Associates for its Festival Tower, Dubai Festival City stores. You will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, helping customers find what they need and keeping the store looking its best.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately
- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle exchanges, returns and customer queries
- Support stock counts and deliveries
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience
- Good spoken English and a friendly, presentable manner
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
