Job overview
Nando's is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor in Sheikh Zayed Road to run shifts on the floor. You will lead the service team, keep standards high during peak hours, handle guest feedback on the spot and make sure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the service team throughout assigned shifts
- Ensure service standards, speed and presentation are maintained
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints immediately
- Manage shift opening, closing and cash reconciliation
- Monitor food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance
- Train and coach new service staff
- Coordinate with the kitchen on timing and special requests
- Report daily sales and shift issues to the manager
Requirements
- 3+ years in food and beverage service with at least 1 supervising
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good spoken English and confident team leadership
- Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Diploma in hospitality is an advantage
