Sharjah Islamic Bank is growing its SME portfolio and seeks experienced Relationship Managers to build and manage a book of business customers. You will originate Shariah-compliant financing, deepen existing relationships and work with credit and risk teams to structure the right solution for each client.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME clients and grow assets, liabilities and trade volumes
- Prepare credit proposals and present them to the credit committee
- Monitor portfolio quality, covenants and early warning signals
- Cross-sell trade finance, payroll and cash management products
- Maintain full compliance with KYC and AML requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years in SME or commercial banking in the UAE
- Proven record of portfolio growth and credit proposal writing
- Strong understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations
