DAMAC Properties is recruiting Property Consultants in Dubai to advise buyers and investors across its portfolio. You will handle enquiries and viewings, understand what each client is looking for, present suitable units and see the transaction through to completion, earning commission on every closed deal.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on available units, payment plans and investment returns
- Conduct property viewings and project presentations
- Generate leads through referrals, networking and campaigns
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the booking process
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately
- Maintain an active pipeline and update the CRM daily
- Stay current on Dubai market pricing and new launches
- Deliver strong after-sales service to build repeat business
Requirements
- 1+ year of property sales experience, ideally in the UAE
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
- Valid UAE driving licence and own transport preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable working on a commission-driven structure
- Well-presented and professional at all times
