Job overview
Ducab is hiring Production Operators for its plant in ICAD. You will run and monitor production lines, carry out quality checks, record output and keep the line running safely and to schedule across rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to plan
- Carry out in-process quality checks and record results
- Report breakdowns and support basic line maintenance
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Complete production logs and shift handover reports
- Support changeovers, cleaning and line set-up
- Load, pack and label finished goods as required
- Escalate deviations from specification immediately
Requirements
- 1+ year of factory or production experience
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including nights
- Basic English for reading instructions and completing logs
- Physically fit and safety conscious
- Reliable timekeeping and teamwork
