Job overview
GymNation is looking for energetic Personal Trainers to coach members across our Dubai clubs. You will build your own client base with full support from the club team, deliver one-to-one and small group sessions, and help members stick with training for the long term. Basic salary plus uncapped commission on personal training packages.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one and small group personal training sessions
- Run fitness assessments and design progressive programmes
- Build and retain a client base through floor engagement and referrals
- Coach members on technique and gym-floor safety
- Keep client records and session notes up to date
Requirements
- Internationally recognised personal training certification (REPs, NASM, ACE or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of personal training experience
- Valid first aid and CPR certification
- Confident, outgoing communication style
