Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver preventive maintenance schedules for MEP assets
- Attend and resolve breakdowns with minimum downtime
- Supervise technicians and specialist subcontractors
- Maintain maintenance records and asset history in the CAFM system
- Ensure compliance with civil defence and HSE requirements
- Review and recommend spare-part stock levels
- Support energy-efficiency and improvement projects
- Prepare monthly maintenance performance reports
Requirements
- 3+ years in facilities or plant maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
- Experience with CAFM or CMMS systems
- Understanding of UAE HSE and civil defence requirements
- Good English communication and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering
