Laundry Attendant

• Sort hotel linen, uniforms and other laundry items before processing
• Operate commercial washing, drying and pressing equipment safely
• Wash, dry, press and fold items according to established procedures
• Inspect laundry items for stains, damage and overall quality
• Ensure clean linen and uniforms are prepared and distributed on time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laundry area
• Use laundry chemicals and cleaning products according to safety procedures
• Report damaged items and equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow hotel hygiene, health and safety standards
• Support the laundry and housekeeping team during busy periods

• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Basic understanding of laundry and cleaning procedures
• Ability to perform physically active work for extended periods
• Ability to stand, bend and handle laundry loads during shifts
• Good attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills
