Rotana Hotels is recruiting Guest Service Agents in Khaleej Al Arabi Street. As the first person guests meet, you will handle check-in and check-out, answer requests throughout the stay and make sure every guest leaves with a good impression of the property.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out efficiently
- Handle reservations, room changes and billing accurately
- Answer guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping and concierge
- Resolve guest complaints politely and escalate when required
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system
- Promote hotel facilities, offers and loyalty programmes
- Handle cash float and shift reconciliation
- Follow safety and emergency procedures
Requirements
- 1+ year of front office or guest service experience
- Excellent spoken English and a warm, professional manner
- Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights
- Good computer literacy; PMS experience preferred
- Well-groomed and guest-focused
- Diploma in hospitality is an advantage
