Almarai Emirates Company LLC is looking for an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of distribution and sales performance across Dubai. You will manage the trade route plan, work closely with key retail and wholesale customers, and lead a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to hit volume and coverage targets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly volume, value and coverage targets for the area
- Manage relationships with key retail, wholesale and horeca customers
- Lead, route-plan and coach a team of sales representatives
- Monitor shelf presence, planograms and promotional execution
- Control trade spend and manage credit within agreed limits
- Track competitor pricing and activity in the territory
- Prepare weekly sales and market reports for management
- Support new product launches across the territory
Requirements
- 5+ years in FMCG or distribution sales, with UAE market experience
- Experience managing a field sales team
- Strong understanding of trade channels and route-to-market
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Good analytical and reporting skills in Excel
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
